Some metal minerals have become the main source of revenue for armed rebel groups in the Democratic Republic of the Congo in Africa, which are used to trade arms, continue their bloody conflict with the government, and ravage local civilians, which has sparked international controversy. These metallic minerals are called "conflict minerals" and include four metals: gold (Au), tantalum (Ta), tin (Sn), and tungsten (W).
In this regard, Dongguan Fast Precision Technology Co., Ltd. hereby declares and promises to all customers that it will not accept and use metals from conflict mining areas, and also requires our suppliers (specifically refer to internal control documents: QMS-W-07-14 Conflict Minerals Management Operation Instructions):
(1) must fulfill social and environmental responsibilities.
(2) Sign a "Commitment not to use conflict minerals" to ensure that products and components do not use "conflict minerals" from the DRC and its surrounding countries and regions.
(3) Please communicate this requirement to your downstream suppliers.
